A short walk down the drive and you are in the heart of this unspoilt Cornish fishing village that still has strong links to its roots. Unlike many of the villages to the north of the coast Mevagissey still retains the charm and character that you would expect yet offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants serving the catch of the day. For the more energetic visitor there is the coast path that skirts around the whole of this unique county where you will be sure to find your own cove or sandy beach along the way and discover real Cornwall .
