Accessed by a track, it is set on the owners’ working livestock farm (some 150 acres), lying close to the Peak National Park. Guests are free to roam amidst acres of woodland, with walks radiating from the doorstep. Close to the spa town of Buxton, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall, there is also caving at Castleton. Golf (18-hole), 2 miles. Shop 2 miles. Beamed throughout. Large living room with wood-burning stove, polished oak floor, double sofa-bed (alternative sleeping). Large fitted farmhouse-style kitchen with Rayburn, electric cooker, handmade pine units, Belfast sink, dining area with oak floor. Utility. Separate toilet.
