The lovely grounds offer coarse fishing, horse grazing and private nature walks, with golf, riding and sailing all available nearby. Historic Wallingford 1½ miles, and Oxford, Henley and Newbury Racecourse all around half an hour’s drive. Shops 1½ miles. One step to entrance. Living/dining room with cast-iron wood-burner, sofa-bed (for +2) and French doors to patio. Spacious modern fitted kitchen with soft-tiled floor. Separate toilet.
