With easy access from the door to open country footpaths and canal towpath networks it sits just ½ mile from Earby a large village providing shops and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The market town of Skipton and its castle and the Yorkshire Dales National Park are only 7 miles distant whilst a lead mining museum is found in the neighbouring village and the Boundary Mill shopping complex is 5 miles.
