Surrounded by water on three sides at high tide, Island House is situated on the shores of the beautiful Fowey Estuary on Cornwall’s south coast. Standing detached, on its own stone quay in the inner harbour, this historic cottage is one of the oldest dwellings in the small fishing village of Golant. Shop 3½ miles, pub 25 yards.
