The coast is within 3 miles and Rye is 7 miles away. Shops 3 miles, pub 1 mile. Tiled entrance hall leading to living room with full-size snooker table, French door to patio/garden, and well-equipped kitchen/dining room with door to patio/garden. Twin (zip & link) bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet with tiled floor. First floor: Galleried landing area.
