Peacefully located in an AONB and accessed by a farm track near to the stone ground flour mill, all of the area is registered by the Organic Soil Association. There is an abundance of wildlife, including birds, red squirrels, deer and woodpeckers. Horse riders from the nearby stables occasionally trek over the fields. The popular Garlic Farm is less than half a mile distant, serving good food. The seaside resort of Ryde, 10 minutes’ drive, has 6 miles of glorious sandy beach with children’s play areas, ten pin bowling, indoor pool, ice rink, riding, golf, sailing, fishing and go-karting. The local steam railway offers a nostalgic ride into the nearby towns of Sandown or Shanklin. Explore the best of the shoreline along Heritage coastal paths.
