Quietly situated within a conservation area, it has its own enclosed garden and lies just a few minutes’ drive from Blickling Hall (NT) - host to numerous art exhibitions and special events with plays and concerts in the gardens in summer. An excellent location for walking and bird-watching with fishing available at Blickling Lake. The market town of Aylsham (3 miles) offers good shops, inns and cafés - it is the starting point for the Bure Valley Railway which winds its way through stunning scenery to Wroxham. Fine sandy beaches, RSPB nature reserves and boat trips along the Broads and out to sea are nearby. Village shop 200 yards. Living room with open fire. Crafstman built kitchen/dining room with original Norfolk pamment-tiled floor. First floor: Double bedroom. Twin bedroom with polished wooden floor and original fireplace.
