It is set in the tiny hamlet of Middlestone with its own CAMRA award winning village pub run by the owners, 50 yards from The Chapel. Friendly villages and open countryside ideal for walking, cycling, fishing and climbing surround the tiny village. Only 10 minutes from Durham City with a magnificent cathedral, fine shops, river walks and castle dating back to 1072. The famous Metro shopping centre is only a 25 minute drive. Shop 1 mile, pub 50 yards. Spacious living/dining room with beams, wood-burning stove and French doors to sun room. Kitchen with countryside views. Study. Separate toilet.
