Dartmoor with its rugged landscapes is a short drive as is the south coast with numerous beaches and sheltered coves. There is so much to do in the area and the cottage is the perfect base. Enjoy the many heritage trails which offer fantastic walks in the area or visit the nearby stannery town of Tavistock. In the evenings simply relax in the enclosed patio area or enjoy the sunsets from the decking with views over the river. The detached character cottage offers FIVE bedrooms: upstairs offers 2 king-size doubles both with en-suite shower rooms with WC, 1 twin and 1 single. There is also 1 further useful downstairs bedroom approached via an external door adjacent to the property with twin beds, en-suite shower room with WC and TV.
