Basking in a sunny aspect, with a pleasing little garden and terrace, this thatched holiday cottage forms a completely self-contained wing of the owner’s home. The Devon Heritage Coastal Path passes only 500 yards from the door, and water sports and boat hire are available in the Bay. Otterton (½ mile) has a church, shops and a pub which serves good food.
