Adjacent to the owners’ home, it lies close to the ancient stannary town of Lostwithiel, and has a nature reserve on the doorstep. Skanes House is approximately 4 miles from the Eden Project and 7 miles from the beautiful town of Fowey with its narrow streets and history of sailing. Close by is the NT Llanydrock Estate with its gardens and extensive grounds. Shops 2 miles, 13th-century pub ¾ mile. Large living room with electric ‘coal-effect’ fire and French doors to dining room leading to conservatory. Large kitchen. Utility.
