Set in the grounds of the owners' home and adjoining an area of ancient woodland and commons it enjoys access to a network of footpaths and cycle trails from the door. Gardens for all seasons at Wakehurst Place Scotney Castle Sheffield Park and Sissinghurst (all N.T.) the famous Bluebell Railway Brighton and Glyndebourne are all easily accessible. Village shops and pubs ½ mile.
