Set with two other properties on the Point of Ayr beyond a manned and gated railway line and close to a lighthouse and RSPB sanctuary it is within easy reach of Snowdonia’s outdoor pursuits. Visitors enjoy free use (April - October) of the swimming pool and facilities at Presthaven Sands (300 yards). Riding and fishing locally. Shop/pub 1½ miles. Sitting room with inglenook and elec ‘coal effect’ fire. Dining room with gas ‘wood burner effect’ fire. Kitchen. Twin bedded room with ensuite shower room/WC.
