Accommodation overview: At the end of the Manifold Valley midway between the market towns of Ashbourne and Leek (6 miles) this smartly furnished cottage is one of a newly built row set in a quiet cul de sac overlooking Water houses' village cricket ground. This is a splendid walking and cycling area – the lovely Manifold Trail leads from the village through Wetton Mill (N.T.) towards Hartington. Dovedale Blackbrook Park Zoo Alton Towers and Splash Landings are all under 6 miles whilst Chatsworth and Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood (N.T.) are about 20 miles. Pub with restaurant 200 yards shop and cycle hire ¼ mile.
