It lies close to the Jurassic coast, Chesil beach, Abbotsbury’s swannery and sub-tropical gardens, and Maiden Castle. An ideal base for walking, golf, horse riding, exploring manor houses and gardens, or sailing at nearby Weymouth. Dorchester 3 miles, Bridport 12 miles. London 2½ hours by car, less than 3 hours by train. Farm shop in village, pub 750 yards. Large living room with wood-burning stove and door with steps to paddock. Large dining hall with gas fire. One step up to spacious well-equipped kitchen with range (for cooking), dining area and tiled floor. Utility with Belfast sink, toilet and tiled floor. First floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed, ornamental fireplace, TV and en-suite shower room with toilet. Twin bedroom (zip & link beds) with TV. Small twin bedroom.
