The property is one of a pair, renovated to a very good standard with slate floors, oak doors and central heating. The living room has a wood-burning stove, the large family dining room/kitchen is well equipped and has a huge oak dining table and a full-size pool table with views over the garden and fields beyond. The garden has a separate half-acre paddock, plenty of parking and the use of a garage/games room - ideal for storing bikes and other equipment.
Birlingham church is especially beautiful in late January and February with its blankets of snowdrops and crocuses. The local pub serves homemade food and a selection of real ales. The foot of Bredon Hill is a short walk, with many cycle/bridle and footpaths which lead to some of the Bredon villages and pubs.
