There are panoramic views from the garden, over Reydon Marshes towards Southwold harbour, and a labyrinth of footpaths leading to designated areas of natural beauty. Splendidly furnished and equipped, it lies just off the main road to Southwold, with its hut-lined shore, white-washed lighthouse and recently renovated (and much acclaimed) Southwold Pier. Shops 1 mile. Well-equipped, antique pine-fitted kitchen. Oak-panelled dining room with door to garden. Attractively furnished living room with wood-burning stove. Small study. Cloakroom with toilet.
