Bay Annexe is a timber-framed, self-contained building on one level with a south facing verandah. The area offers excellent walking, cycling, fishing and the enchanting gardens of the Old Cottage, part of the National Garden Scheme and open to the public all year. Cromer and Norwich within easy reach. Shop 2 miles, pub ¾ mile. Bay Cottage: Beamed living room with pot belly wood-burning stove. Dining room. Well-equipped kitchen with tiled floor.
