Accommodation overview: On an organic farm, with incredible countryside views, this attractive, three bed-roomed, stone built barn conversion provides character packed, yet spacious accommodation. It sits high in the Cothi Valley and commands spectacular views from many of its windows. The beam crossed living-room with its log burner and generously proportioned soft furnishings is the cosiest of places to relax and unwind after the many adventures to be had from the doorstep. Alternatively, barbequing and star gazing from the patio across the front of the property is enjoyed by many. While older children discover the old steps at the side of the barn lead to the perfect den; an airy loft with old sofas, table tennis and snooker.  Peace and tranquillity reign supreme at Llystyn Farm and its caring owners are on hand to meander with guests around the many acres of organic arable and pasture land, the flower rich meadow land and the woodland: A must for anyone with an interest in conservation and the growing of good food.  As you wander past sheep and cattle grazing on organic pasture land, learn of the woodland replanting and hear that water is from its own spring, it's easy to appreciate why the farm has won a Conservation Award. Naturally, the area teems with wildlife: over 70 different species of birds have been identified on the farm; barn owls frequently punctuate the night time hours while rare red kites swoop majestically through the daytime skies.
