The owners have equipped the property to an extremely high level, with a steam room, full Sky package and broadband internet access. It is situated in the heart of the village within a few yards of the Crown Inn and restaurant, which comes highly recommended and the Morland cafe. Morland lies 8 miles south east of the market town of Penrith, where you will find a wide range of amenities and 8 miles west of Appleby.
