It is the ideal property for those looking to escape and relax. The property is well situated and within easy reach of the A30, allowing easy access to both the north and south coasts. Local attractions include Trethorne Leisure Farm and Golf Course just 5 miles away. Former Cornish capital Launceston, is approximately 8 miles away, with its steam railway and Norman castle, museum, leisure centre and park with facilities for squash, tennis and swimming. Perched on the eastern edge of Bodmin Moor, this property is ideal for walkers of all abilities and nature enthusiasts, with its varied wildlife and birds, and truly breathtaking views.
