Accommodation overview: Just 3 miles from the sandy beach at Poldhu Cove this very comfortable property lies in peaceful open countryside on the Lizard peninsula famous for its fine walking and dramatic coastal scenery. Adjoining the owners' home it is a short drive from Lizard lighthouse the most southerly point in England and also numerous tiny sandy coves and fishing villages. Inland stand the vast dishes of Goonhilly Earth Station and visitor centre Helston and Flambards Theme Park are 3½ miles whilst St. Michael's Mount (N.T.) and Penzance are a little further afield. Shop and pub 2 miles.

The Lizard is steeped in maritime and smuggling history and has one of the best climates in England. From the property, enjoy some excellent pubs and restaurants in the village as well as shops and other leisure facilities including excellent coastal and cliff-top walks. An ideal base for touring the whole area with attractions to suit most tastes close by including Lands End, The Minack Theatre, National Seal Sanctuary, Goonhilly Earth Station, Flambards Theme Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives and The Eden Project.
