Situated 1 mile from the award-winning picturesque village of St Neot offering peace and seclusion and yet is a short drive off the A30 and A38 roads that link East and West Cornwall meaning it is perfectly situated for touring walking cycling or relaxing in Cornwall with its wealth of beaches and attractions. The Jamaica Inn made famous by the writer Daphne Du Maurier is your local pub with a great reputation for its food and the surroundings. Situated so centrally you have your choice between the surfing beaches on the north coast or the secluded coves and fishing villages on the south coast. Other local attractions that are a must when staying in the region include to the proclaimed Eighth wonder of the world The Eden Project that combines education and excitement and Trago Mills shopping village not forgetting Lanhydrock and Heligan to name but a few. Sitting room: off the lounge offering further seating TV woodburner PlayStation and a selection of books and games. Conservatory: very spacious with seating and unrivalled panoramic views over Cornwall s forgotten rugged moorlands with sea glimpses on fine days. Dining room. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: large enclosed garden with stunning countryside views. Amenities: ample parking. Ponies cattle and sheep quietly graze the moorland and riding schools are nearby. The welcoming Jamaica Inn is situated 5 miles away and small village shops are also within 5 miles. From this central position the north and south coasts are both within a 40 minute drive and several attractions are within easy reach including The Eden Project National Trust gardens and the Aquarium and Zoo at Newquay. This cosy cottage is set over 3 floors and offers ONE bedroom: double situated downstairs. Shower room: with walk-in shower and WC situated on the middle floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV DVD Freeview hi-fi electric hob and oven fridge with ice compartment microwave dining facilities and comfortable seating. Utility room: shared laundry room is available with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: private patio area with BBQ can be enjoyed accessed via a few steps. Amenities: ample parking.
