Accommodation overview: BREATHTAKING VIEWS, LOCATED ON TOP OF MULLION CLIFF. ENJOY THE SUN ALL DAY LONG ON THE FRONT DECKING. An attached south-facing bungalow situated in a courtyard of 12 bungalows located in an absolutely breathtaking area on top of Mullion cliff overlooking the ocean. The coastal path is right on your doorstep and will take you along miles of cliff-top walking in either direction, discovering beaches and coves. Britain's most southerly point on the Lizard peninsula, Mullion is the largest village on the Lizard with a selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, craft shops and art galleries. Well known resorts of Falmouth, Penzance, Newquay and St. Ives are all less than an hour’s drive away. There are attractions to suit all tastes from the High Tech Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station, the fun of Flambards Theme Park in Helston and much more. After an exciting day out why not relax on the south-facing decked area with a glass of wine. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room: modern with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV, DVD, hi-fi, cooker, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and laundry facilities are available in the shared laundry room. Outside: south-facing decked area with garden furniture and a shared lawn (about an acre) where there is a BBQ area and you can enjoy the fantastic views over Mullion cove. Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and electric heating included. Towels for hire. Regret no smoking. 1 small dog by arrangement. Additional info: short breaks are charged at 80% of the weekly cost for 3 nights, 85% for 4 nights and 90% for 5 nights. Location: pub and shop 1 mile.
