Accommodation overview: This delightful detached 17th century stone cottage nestles in one of Cornwall's most popular areas being just 2 miles from St Neot (National Village of the Year 2004, Village of the Decade 2006) and close to a variety of popular sandy beaches and attractions including Lanhydrock House and Sibleyback Reservoir with its water sports. Set within 400 acres with cattle, sheep, geese and arable land. On the south coast are the pretty fishing villages of Looe and Polperro to explore. The town of Fowey nestles on the estuary and offers sea fishing, restaurants and beautiful cobbled streets. The beaches to the north offer excellent surfing and are also within easy reach. This excellent location on the edge of the moor offers some fantastic walks including the Two Valleys walk. Nature trails, golf and riding can also be found close by and you will be welcome to explore the farm and at certain times of the year see the calves being fed. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 large double four-poster and 1 single bedroom, both situated on the first floor. Downstairs a further single bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD, video and wood burner (logs provided). Kitchen: with electric cooker, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking.
