Accommodation overview: CHARMING DETACHED CHARACTER COTTAGE IN CONVENIENT LOCATION This pretty property has been lovingly fitted and furnished and nestles on the edge of the Luxulyan Valley a renowned World Heritage site. With easy access to the A30 and a railway station it also offers a great base from which to explore this stunning county. Walkers and cyclists will be in their element with nearby access to the National Cycle Network with many off-road trails and quiet country lanes to explore and the well-known and loved Saints Way and Wilderness Trail that meander across the moor and countryside. Only 5 miles away Lostwithiel boasts antique shops quality restaurants bistros and tea shops meaning there is much to see and do in the immediate area. Other destinations well worth a visit include The Eden Project the Lost Gardens of Heligan numerous National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock House and the quaint fishing villages of Fowey Polperro and Mevagissey.
