Built on one floor close to the owner’s farmland, it is 3 miles from the National Trust’s most popular Cornish property –
St Michael’s Mount at Marazion. Porthleven (6 miles) has a fascinating old harbour and good pubs and restaurants. Penzance (also 6 miles) is the area’s main shopping town. Riding locally. Excellent surfing at Praa Sands, 2½ miles. Shop and pub ½ mile. Porch with stable door. Comfortable, beamed living room with electric ‘coal-effect’ fire in antique-style surround, exposed granite features and rugs on wooden floor. Modern, beamed kitchen with dining area.
