Accommodation overview: DETACHED BARN CONVERSION PERFECT FOR TOURING CORNWALL Approached via a private farm lane and situated on a family run working farm dating back to the 1350s, the property has been renovated with much care and attention to detail with exposed beams, stone work and vaulted ceilings. Situated on the Roseland Peninsula and set within lovely rolling countryside you will be ideally placed for a relaxing holiday any time of the year. All within a few miles you will find traditional fishing villages, sheltered coves and long sandy surfing beaches. The South West coastal path is approximately two miles away where you can enjoy the breathtaking cliff top walks. Local attractions include, Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Flambards Theme Park, Lands End, Tall Ships at Charlestown and much more. The city of Truro is less than a 25 minute drive away and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, pubs and leisure facilities. In the evenings relax in the enclosed private garden, snuggle up in front of the wood burner or visit one of the local pubs or restaurants serving good locally sourced food. The accommodation has been furnished to a high standard and has TWO bedrooms: 1 with luxury king-size bed, en-suite with shower over bath and WC. 1 zip-and-link king-size or twin beds (this will be made up as a double unless twin beds are requested at time of booking), en-suite with shower over bath and WC. Shower room: with WC off the utility room. Lounge: with TV, DVD, Freeview and wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Kitchen/diner: farmhouse style with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed private garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking with space for boats. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and fireguard included. Baby sitting by arrangement, stair gate available.
