The detached house has been renovated but retains its charm with exposed beams and wood-burning stove in the living room. Outside there are plenty of sitting-out areas to enjoy and the large paddock area is ideal for a game of rounders or football or to observe the local wild life, if you are quiet! The house is situated in the pretty hamlet of Middle Marwood, however there are numerous attractions within easy reach of the house including the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and the Lynton to Lynmouth cliff railway. At Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe, some of the best and cleanest surf beaches in the country can be found, as well as many smaller coves and bays. Exmoor and the South West Coast Path are located close by and on a clear day the views of the surrounding coast and countryside can be spectacular from these well known walking areas. There are National Trust properties at Arlington and Knightshayes, the RHS gardens at Rosemoor, Great Torrington and Marwood Gardens 2 miles away.
