Boasting its own patio and sharing two acres of grounds with the adjoining holiday cottage The Retreat sits just ½ mile from the shop and pub serving food in the village of Cheriton Fitzpaine. Bickleigh a picture postcard village with a family fun Maize Maze Crediton (8 miles) for superb local produce and the city of Exeter's historic quayside and cathedral are all a short drive whilst the sandy beaches at Dawlish Warren Teignmouth and Exmouth are easily accessible as are glorious Exmoor National Park Killerton House and Knightshayes Court (both N.T.) and Dartmoor's rugged granite tors.
