The peaceful valley location is ideal for guests looking to simply relax and unwind and take in the relaxed Devonshire pace of life. From your doorstep you are greeted with a host of walks and bridle ways to explore this great walking country, with its stunning views of the rolling countryside, from the grounds. The quiet village of Burrington is just a short stroll and offers village pub and post office with limited shop service. The main market town of Barnstaple is easily reached, and offers a wealth of shops, pubs, restaurants as well as multi-screen cinema, the Queens Theatre hosting a range of local and national productions, to name but a few. The North Devon coastline offers some of the most spectacular coastal walks and golden sandy beaches, a must for all new visitors to the area. The first floor apartment is reached via 8 external steps and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with bath, shower cubicle and WC.
