Accommodation overview: TRADITIONAL THATCHED COTTAGE This pretty, detached thatched cottage is set within beautiful countryside. The cottage has been decorated with much charm, enhancing its old world character with low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplaces, traditional small cottage windows and wooden floors. You will be within a short walk to the small village of Bradworthy which offers a pub, church, post office and a selection of shops. Many attractions located close by include The Milky Way, Hartland Abbey, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and The Tamar Lakes, or why not step back in time and visit Clovelly with its cobbled streets. The spectacular coast is within a short drive and offers many popular long sandy beaches and sheltered coves. The well-equipped accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: downstairs with WC. Lounge: cosy, with oil fired burner, TV with Freeview, DVD and video. further lounge, leading off the kitchen, with French doors giving a lovely view of the garden and is ideal for reading or writing. Kitchen/diner: traditional style with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and many useful extras. Outside: large garden with wooded area, fenced pond, furniture and BBQ. There is also a garden room with views to the rear of the property. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels and electric included, Wi-Fi available (charge payable to owner). Oil for the heating an extra cost of £30 per week for the months of October-April payable to the owner on arrival. 1 small dog welcome. Regret no smoking within the property. Low ceilings throughout.
