Accommodation overview: Set on the spectacular South Hams cliffs just ¼ mile from the coastal path in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this lovely property has been cleverly designed to maximise its corner position and terraced garden. One of a small group of sympathetically converted barns it offers excellent shared facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool and hard tennis court as well as its own adjacent large field for games and barbecues. Within 2 miles are the shops and inns of the picturesque twin villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers. Popular for crab fishing and famed for their water sports activities the villages are connected by a causeway at low tide. This gorgeous stretch of coastline boasts splendid sandy beaches the nearest within 1 mile (down steep steps) and glorious walking can be enjoyed on the coastal path and (only 8 miles inland) on beautiful Dartmoor. Golf riding and a superb swimming and leisure centre are all within a ½ hour drive. Historic Plymouth is 12 miles away and the amazing Eden Project is under an hour's drive.

Three steps up from dining area: Double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom/W.C. Twin bedded room and bunk bedded room each with a door to its own terrace. Bathroom/W.C.
