Accommodation overview: Netherton Farm is set in a small peaceful hamlet approximately 2 miles from Kingsbridge in a secluded valley surrounded by five acres of beautiful farm and woodland. This area is a haven for birds and wildlife and a favourite for walkers with or without a four-legged friend!Salcombe is about 7 miles in one direction and Dartmouth slightly further in the other. Slapton Sands is only 5 miles from Netherton with it spectacular rugged coastline, and Bantham Sands to the west with it's wide sandy beach. The three properties at Netherton FarmBoxtree Barn, Bay Tree Cottage and Willow Studio are all very different in design but offer all guests a high standard of accommodation in a stunning location. Each enjoys the benefit of full central heating and hot water to ensure a warm, cosy welcome at all times of the year, as well as use of the fabulous heated outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) by arrangement with the owners who live nearby at the Farmhouse from Easter until the end of October (weather permitting!). There is ample parking for each of the properties and a large communal grassed area for the use of all guests. For those with dogs, there is use of additional fields adjoining the farmhouse. The owners also offer a dog sitting service in their home and walled garden at a rate of £10.00 per day or £5.00 for the evening if required.

Thatched with some exposed beams and one of a pair, it is tucked away down a quiet lane, and is ideal for a family or two couples looking for a holiday retreat near the South Devon coast. The informal cottage garden to the side and rear consists of a lawn with a small seating area, bounded by hedges on three sides. The little hamlet of Churchstow is just outside Kingsbridge and close to many fantastic sandy beaches and the yachting haven of Salcombe. Shop and pub 300 yards.

The farm is approached along a country road and down a private drive some two miles from the village of East Allington. The market town of Kingsbridge is just 15 minutes drive away from where you can take a leisurely steamer excursion along the estuary toSalcombe. The two mile shingle beach at Slapton Sands is a 10 minute drive away, as is the famous 'Ley' at Torcross for bird watchers, whilst sandy beaches are a short drive away. If the kids have any energy left after all this activity, Woodlands Leisure Park is just seven miles away. A Welcome Pack is provided free of charge including a bottle of wine, milk, bread, butter, jams/marmalade and free range eggs.
