Cliff-top and coastal walks can be accessed via a 3 mile walk from the property along rugged terrain but your efforts will be rewarded by the breathtaking views of Hartland Point and Welcome. Conveniently placed on the Devon/Cornwall border you will be within a 30 minute drive from the north Cornish town of Bude with its numerous sandy beaches ideal for all to enjoy from sunbathing to surfing.
