Accommodation overview: WONDERFUL ESTUARY VIEWS ANDCOUNTRYSIDE WALKS, WORKING FARM WITH 50 ACRES Beautifully positioned former hayloft set on a peaceful working farm only 1 mile from a sandy beach. You can take a stroll directly from the farm along the Exe Estuary Footpath / Cycle Track to Dawlish Warren. Located less than a mile from the property you can also find Cockwood Village and therein excellent harbour side pub serving sea food. Many birds, some quite rare, visiting the local fields and nearby nature reserve. Bring your binoculars! Jump on the Starcross Ferry (Easter - October) or try one of the many boat trips and estuary cruises on offer. Walks direct from the farm, or visit the attractions close by such as Dawlish, Teignmouth, the market town of Newton Abbot, or nearby Powderham Castle. The first floor open-plan, studio style living accommodation is accessed via external steps and offers: Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: large L shaped room with original beams and exposed stonework. Small seating area with TV, Freeview and DVD. Double bed with room for a cot, or small bed suiting young child only.
