In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it forms an ideal base for exploring Devon and neighbouring Dorset and Somerset. Only a few minutes’ drive to the nearest beach, it is also perfect for trips to the coast and the beautiful villages of Beer and Branscombe, or perhaps fossil hunting at nearby Lyme Regis and Charmouth.
