Adjoining an ancient stone pub, and renovated, this traditional single-storey stone cottage (including restored forge) has outstanding views of the historic Corfe Castle and wonderful open countryside of the Purbecks from its flagged courtyard. Nearby is Wareham with quayside, and Swanage (5 miles) offers swimming, sailing and many shops, pubs and restaurants. It also boasts a Steam Railway - the perfect way to enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the 6-mile track. Doorstep walks to all the Purbeck coast. Blue Flag beach of Studland, 9 miles.
